What
is whole person design coaching?
Whole person design coaching is based on the philosophy
that when holistically balanced and well, living the
lifestyle that suits your individuality, you are in
alignment with your soul’s purpose; victorious.
When correctly employed, whole person design coaching
allows you to more readily understand your higher
sense of purpose and provides you with the tools necessary
to achieve your life/lifestyle goals. Whole person
design coaching looks at the mental, emotional, physical
and spiritual aspects of your life and works toward
bringing those aspects into harmony.
A whole person design coach works in partnership with
clients exploring their goals, opportunities, habits,
values, viewpoints, and barriers. Coaches help clients
discover and begin utilizing their unique talents,
abilities, passions, desires and sense of purpose
to manifest holistic unity, personal fulfillment and
life success.
The beauty of whole person design coaching is its
support of clients’ efforts to live a their
desired lifestyle while providing the tools and techniques
to not only reach their goals more rapidly but also
maintain the changes for the rest of their lives.
